Whitewater O'Brien Winery was founded by Jason and Lioutsia, who discovered wild grapes growing high up in trees. The vineyard was established in 2014 and is located along Lake Allumette. The vinery’s climate benefits from cool nights and hot days, and the unique soil composition and natural elements help to nurture cold-hardy grape varieties like Frontenac, Marquette, Petit Pearl, St. Pepin and more. Our winery sells a variety of wines made from these grape varieties.

Established in 2020, Brooker’s Cider is a farm-based cidery that uses sustainably grown wild apples to create unique batches of hard cider, ciderkin and cyser. Wild fermented and with nothing artificial added to the process, it is dry, unfined, and unfiltered - much like a natural wine. Aged up to 18 months, their cider is as unique and as small-batch as it gets! Grabbing a bottle of Brooker’s Cider is the perfect addition to time with cherished family and friends.
