Your Tap & Cork Route Passport is your guide to experiencing each location firsthand—meeting the makers, discovering hidden gems, and collecting stamps as you complete the route. How many stops can you visit?
The journey is yours to craft! Every sip you take fuels the hardworking artisans behind these craft beverages.
Be sure to pick up a few bottles, cans or a growler to
bring home — your fridge will thank you, and so will
the makers behind your favourite brews and blends.
Plus, many locations offer cozy patios, live music,
and locally sourced snacks, making it easy to turn a
tasting into a full-on experience.
O’Kenny’s Craft & Spirits has now closed permanently and is no longer part of the Tap & Cork Route. Though they may still appear in the printed passport, we encourage you to carry on your adventure and discover the incredible breweries, distilleries, cideries, and wineries that remain along the route.

How It Works

How do I claim my prize :
To enter to win your set of 2 beer or wine glasses, complete the form above and submit a picture of your stamped passport page.
What happens if I lost my passport?
Unfortunately, as it is a paper passport we have no way of replacing it or the stamps accumulated
I have until when to compelte my passport?
Stamps can be collected up until December 31, 2026.
Is there an age requirement?
Provincia legal drinking ages must be respected. For Quebec locations this is 18+ and for Ontario locations this is 19+
Can I participate without drinking alcohol?
Sure! Just make a purchase at any of the participating producers featured on the 2026 Tap & Cork Passport. Only one stamp earned per location.
